PAMM Accounts - is a professional trading account.
Pamm (Percentage Allocation Management Module) trading account, which in addition to the manager's account includes unlimited investor accounts, representing a single capital and trade structure. The trade is a professional manager, and, for the investor it is beneficial in terms of profit potential without having to independently participate in the auction, and for the control so that it can accumulate large trade volumes by attracting an unlimited number of investors. Trade comes from the master account on behalf of all participants of the PAMM. When the order is close, the profit or loss is allocated between the parties in proportion to their share in the equity PAMM'a. In other words, the system will combine multiple accounts into one on the broker's side needed for the convenience of trustees. The principle of the PAMM- account is proportional to the distribution of profits or losses incurred on the PAMM- account between Investors' accounts.
